Staten Island Youth Training Orchestra

Join Maestro Nunzio Sisto to develop relevant technique and to perform classical works as well as new music written by YTO students themselves, using the YTOoA's 24-Part Theatre Orchestra Method.

This 2021 season, SIYTO will meet for our performance classes on Sundays, wearing masks and sitting properly spaced. Then on Tuesdays will have our academic classes online.  We will rehearse in small groups: strings and rhythm, woodwinds and brass. The final concert will be held outdoors, adhæring to the COVID restrictions recommended at that time.

Based on his training at the Juilliard School and Mannes Conservatory, the YTO Pre-College Program is an advanced program that will put any student on the trajectory for success and self-esteem.
